Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Install and remove phones, headsets, telecom equipment, and fax machines.
- Provide phone and softphone training to end users.
- Support before and after dial plan migrations to 7 digit dialing.
User Training:
- Train employees on using the new dial plan effectively.
- Provide documentation and resources to help users understand dialing rules and call handling features.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a VoIP technician.
- In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols.
- Knowledge of hardware endpoints.
- Network layer 1 and punch down terminations on 110 block/patch panels.
- Time management skills.
- Familiarity with remote support.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
